Dr, Thank you for your very systematic, very very structured, and very very very patient (especially with me) approach in teaching the difficult concepts in RCP exams (especially Neurology, and trust me, a lot of your suggested answer scripts were very useful - I kind of adapted/adjusted them to suit the Malaysian scenario, nevertheless, it was still a lifesaver. I am very thankful that I happened to see the advertisement for your course a few months back - I didn't even know MedMonarchy existed. I am blessed to have found out about your classes, and I must admit, that the range of cases and communication scenarios is really vast (and a lot of it is something which South and Southeast Asian students will find very relevant, even for day-to-day clinical practice). The manner with which you simplified the teaching made understanding and remembering the PACES scenarios with ease, that despite the fact I have not been practicing as a doctor for the past 3 years, interpreting and identifying clinical signs was so easy especially with your multimedia attachment of heart sounds and breath sounds.

This mock was a very good way to test how well we are looking for the high-yield points within the time frame. Also, a good test of the understanding of diseases.
Overall, good cases. High yield.
4.5/5 – 0.5 would be better if it were in person.

The mock was conducted in an environment that closely resembled the actual PACES exam, which really helped to simulate the real pressure.

The stress-based cases were very effective in testing my clinical reasoning under time constraints. The feedback provided was clear, focused, and highly constructive. Overall, it was an excellent learning experience and extremely valuable for my preparation.
